Title: Quality Assurance Analyst

Location: Bethpage, NY

Duration: 6+ months

Interview: face to face

Need Local candidate!!

 

Responsibilities:

·         Development and execution of test cases and test plans to assure the quality of the Audience Measurement software systems/applications and product deliverables.

·         Functional and Regression testing of new releases the client's Set-Top-Boxes as it relates to Audience Measurement.

·         Generate production reports and provide Quality Control and Validation prior to distribution.

·         Establish and administer processes and tools for tracking issues/defects and test cases/plans.

Required skills:

·         4+ years experience testing software products.

·         Must have hands on experience with SQL and understanding of relational database systems (Oracle and Toad).

·         Experience with Automation tools (QuickTest Pro, LoadRunner, etc.).

·         Experience with Defect Tracking Software (Quality Center, Bugzilla or Remedy) is desirable.

·         Solid knowledge on the Software Development Lifecycle and Quality Processes.

·         Experience with Business Intelligence tools (MicroStrategy or SPSS) is required.

·         Any broadcast media, cable or market research experience is a plus.

·         Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communications skills.
