§ Senior subject matter expert related to business requirements, processes, and procedures associated with Hyperion
§ Define and document detailed requirements, analyze business needs / requirements, and develop / verify solutions
§ Test requirements and other functions required to support the project team.
§ Ensure implementation methodology guidelines are followed consistently throughout engagement
§ Understanding of key business performance drivers to identify opportunities and mitigate risk
§ Assist the implementation of standardized processes and procedures
§ Improve current processes and standardizing approaches
§ Knowledge of Hyperion (Version 9 & 11- Hyperion Planning Plus, Workforce Planning and Financial Data Management)
§ Minimum of 5+ years hands on experience with Hyperion
§ Experience with large implementation projects
§ Strong functional skill set, i.e. strong business acumen, ability to understand business processes, elicit business requirements and translate into Hyperion language
