{Job Junction} Network Architect

Location:          Boston, MA  02108

Duration:          7 Months + Ext
 
Minimum of Five (5) or more years of IT Systems/Network Architecting experience, with demonstrated environment and application support history
 BA or BS degree in Systems, IT, computer science, or related degree preferred; or equivalent experience. A Master's Degree a plus
 3+ years experience working with IBM, Dell and Cisco hardware components
 Strong virtualization background and demonstrated ability to effectively use VMware
 Ability to effectively utilize network and infrastructure monitoring and support tools
 Experience and knowledge with Symantec Endpoint and McAfee Enterprise Endpoint
 Experience and knowledge with Symantec Backup Exec.
 Strong experience and knowledge of Windows Active Directory - Windows 2003 and 2008
 Strong scripting experience and background, preferably with Windows Powershell
 Knowledge and experience in migrating code and software
Knowledge of SQL Server 2005\2008\2008R2
 Knowledge of Blackberry Enterprise Server
 Knowledge of Windows XP Pro, Windows 7 Pro/Ent, Windows 8.
 Knowledge of MS Bit-locker encryption and sysprep
