General Skills:  

·         strong written and oral communications, self-starter, able to build relationships within all levels of the organization, experience leading teams to solutions while building relationships with a variety of stakeholder groups.

·         Ability to work in less than well defined scope while still maintaining focus and pace.  

Specfic Skills:  

·         Business requirements for designing call IVR, Exony tools, SFCTI experience, UC experience,CentreVu report interpretation and Avaya systems, NLP solutions, Call center reporting needs,    Will be engaged with the business teams developing NLP solutions, global IVR strategies, record on demand solutions, backstops, click to call and other ICP telephony solutions.  

·         Call Center System: Implement, Voice/VoIP Knowledge - IVR, Voice/VoIP Vendor Knowledge - Avaya
