Position: Lead Spring Developer

Location: Columbus, OH
Length: 6-12 months

Start: ASAP

Interview: phone

 

NOTE: Need candidates with strong Spring and Webflow experience in addition to GWT. Also GXT, EXTJs, JQuery would be options.

 

Looking for a very strong designer/developer to help drive the team.  They will be more focus on UI so the major skills needed is the Spring - Web Flow.

 

Role Description: Provide technical direction to the development team (7 onshore developers) and drive high quality design and development deliverables. Provide technical leadership to the development team and act as the main point of contact to interface with the client infrastructure team, drive adherence to their processes and minimize risk to the code set. Provide direction to the team on complex technical approaches and review/sign off on the team's technical deliverables (development, unit tests, and technical designs).

 

Skills Needed:

·         3-5 years of experience with Spring Development including  - Web Flow

·         Must have lead at least 2 projects of teams greater than 5 people

·         Must have both Design and Development experience

·         Must have 3 years of Spring MVC,

·         Must have excellent comm. skills.
