Title : Siebel UCM Developer

Location : San Rafael, CA

 

DESCRIPTION:

 

·         Strong in Siebel Configuration (Joins, Links (1:M/M:M), Party Model, BO/BC's, Multi-Value fields, Picklist etc.)

 

·         Should be good in eScript, should be able write custom Business Services

 

·         Should know EAI (Integration Objects/Components/UserKeys etc), different operations Insert/Upsert/Query, WebServices, XML etc.

 

·         Should understand Workflows, different ways to invoke WF's etc.

 

·         Different ways of Error handling/debugging features within Siebel CRM/UCM

 

·         Strong in EIM (Enterprise Integration Manager), PL/SQL for data load into UCM.

 

·         Able to write bat files using Shell Script to automate load process

 

·         Data Quality Concepts, how to add custom fields, changing weightages etc. within IIR

 

·         Knowledge of IIR architecture, IDT tables, MView scripts, initial setup required for Data Quality components etc.

 

ADDITIONAL SKILLS:

 

·         Having experience on AddressDoctor/Trillium etc. or any other data cleansing tool will be an added advantage.

 

·         Any experience in Integration with D&B, DRM/Hyperion etc. for Hierarchy information

 

·         Any experience in DGM (Data Governance Manager)

 

·         Knowledge of TCA (Trading Community Architecture)

 

·         Knowledge of any ETL tool like IBM DataStage or Informatica

 

·         Knowledge of any analytical tool like XML Publisher etc. will be a plus.
