Job Description
| Will be doing is coordination of changes related to the consolidated artifact inventory, process enhancements, process documentation, and overall process management. Understanding SDM processes / procedures and ITIL Foundational Structure.. Acting as liaison between teams/areas/departments, performing research and analysis of business needs, answering questions, identifying solutions, development of requirements and business rules, testing and analysis of results, documentation production, and development of training and/or communication documents. Maintenance and Improvements to the CAI (Consolidated Artifact Inventory) which includes: it's structure (design, metadata), it's workflow process (new / change obsolete requests and publishing) and it's training, job aids and org change impacts. Maintenance and improvements to the Publication process either to ICP or SPA. May include workflow, drop schedule, etc. Maintenance and improvements to the SDM Process in SPA and communicating these changes. Liaison with User Groups, Process Owners, ICP PMO, EA and other areas. Additional knowledge and/or experience: - Development and Management of processes - User Testing - ICP knowledge and navigating the organization - Coordinate team, component or program work including backlogs, facilitating meetings, creating reports, and research planning. - Tool experience: MS Office Tools, SFW-PHASE, SWAT, SharePoint and Wiki Experience, SPA -- Strong organizational skills, Soft Skills |
