- Solid understanding of telephony concepts - advance telephony skills
- Customer Voice Portal (CVP) or troubleshooting experience
- Experience troubleshooting Cisco Unified Communications Systems
- Experience with implementing or troubleshooting Cisco Unified Communications IP Telephony
- Experience with implementing or troubleshooting Cisco Unified Communication Manager (CUCM)
- Understanding of ITIL fundamentals
- Understand Cisco Unified SIP Proxy (CUSP) via implementation or troubleshooting experience
