Position:Build Engineer - ANT /Shell / Perl Scripting
Location :Atlanta GA
Duration :12 Months


Primary Skills: ANT /Shell / Perl Scripting

Additional Skills: Web Logic App server configuration, TIBCO

The ideal candidate should possess:

General Requirement

·         At least 4 years of experience in Unix & 1 year in shell scripting

·         Ability to work independently, trouble shooting and debugging

·         Good problem solving and analytical skills, using them to resolve technical problems; possesses an excellent understanding of business requirements and IT strategies.

·         Strong change management skills

·         Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communicator both written and oral is a must

·         Should be ready to work in shift including night shifts on weekends

Technical Requirement

·         Build and deployment of j2ee applications using ant/shell scripts.

·         Build using continuous integration tools

·         Automation of build and deployment process

·         Application server setup, configuration, maintenance especially Web logic app server

·         Version control – stream creation, code management, overlap resolution et al

·         Experience in Accurev is added advantage or any other Source control system

·         Coordinating with Development, Test and QA team.
