Skills Required and Job Description:

MOI: Telephonic + F2F Bachelors or master's degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience Minimum 3 years of project experience in Microsoft .NET Framework environment Microsoft .NET certifications (MCP, MCSD, or MCAD) preferred Experience with OOAD, design patterns Ability to handle complex application features and technical designs Knowledge of all technical phases of applications and systems analysis Experience with Windows and Web services Understanding of the differences between .NET Frameworks 1.1, 2.0 and 3.5; knowledge and working experience in .NET Framework 3.5 a plus Expertise with ASP.NET Page life cycles, user controls, custom controls and ASP.Net Ajax Skilled in JavaScript and object-oriented JavaScript A RDBMS (Oracle) experience with PL/SQL, stored procedures, database design, performance turning XML, XHTML, CSS and XSLT experience Solid interpersonal skills; project planning and leadership skills Strong troubleshooting, analytical, debugging and problem solving skills SSRS knowledge, HEDIS and/or Healthcare industry experience a plus SQL Server Reporting services knowledge is plus
