Project Description:
Should be able to work in the night shift (8:00 PM to 4:00 AM EST).
Position Functions or Responsibilities:
Minimum 5 to 7 years of Experience in SAP Supply Chain Modules (MM, PP, QM, SD):
Should have minimum 2 to 3 full cycle implementation.
Should have Project Management Experience.
Should be able to coordinate with user issues and get them solved by monitoring the SLAs.
Planning the service agreement master plan and to define the activities for SUM.
Implementing process on Incidents, Issues, change management based on standard operating Models.
Understanding business, based on incidents perform Business impact analysis and assign the application to various levels of criticality.
Provide required standard tools for administering, monitoring and controlling the IT infrastructure on schedule and required basis.
Agreeing and planning to the new IT system to the old system landscape.
General operation of the development / testing and training environments during the project period.
Development of test concept, the testing strategy and review entire testing process.
Monitor and measure the operation maturity of IT system.
Working out the start-up plan, script, cut-over plan for takeover into productive operation.
Should be able to do Planning/preparation, and execution of necessary approvals.
Planning the integration of employees and service providers on various levels.
Monitoring stability key performance via incident management to ensure the agreed quality.
Coordinate to decommission the existing legacy system.
Creating the technical description of the system for deploying the application.
Preparing and ensure the knowledge transfer (KT) to the service provider.
Confirm that the service provider uses the new knowledge after KT.
Preparing end user / key user training.
