ROLE: SAP APO Consultant

 

Location: Omaha,NE

 

JOB SUMMARY:

 

Responsible for Supply Network Planning (SNP) implementation on Spare Parts Line of Business, considering Capable-to-Match (CTM) for production, procurement and distribution planning;
Designed and implemented Heuristic Deployment & TLB
Setting up Deployment to plan the distribution of the produced quantities and create confirmed stock transfer orders;
Setting up a Transport Load Builder (TLB) run to merge several existing, confirmed stock transfer orders into individual transport orders and optimize the transportation load;
Setting up Demand Profiles, Supply Profiles, and TLB Profiles;
Provided guidance on APO specific Product Master Changes to support
SNP Processes (Production, Procurement and Distribution);
Worked with Users to collect information required for implementing SAP SNP & SAP BW;
Designed the integration with ECC and APO using CIF;
Responsible for documentation of processes and presentations;
Responsible for solution performance tuning.

 
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

 

Optimizers (SNP and PP/DS)
3-5 years SNP and/or PP/DS Experience to provide support for wave 1 and 2 of Supply Planning 3.0.   
Deployment and Deployment optimizer experience
Ability to cross train existing production support team in optimization for sustainable approach long term.
In-depth knowledge of DP, SNP and PPDS processes.
