Web based business applications
A working understanding of MVC and Struts frameworks
Experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Able to demonstrate a solid understanding of the MVC concept
Experience with JavaScript libraries such as Yui, Prototype or J-query and DHTML
Hibernate and Spring are big pluses
