JOB DESCRIPTION:

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

"1. Excellent written/verbal/presentation/interpersonal skills.

2. Experience in technical writing intended for both technical and non-technical audiences.

3. Demonstrated expertise in creating detailed process documentation tailored to diverse documentation standards.

4. Expertise with the following documentation software/standards: MS Office, Publisher, Framemaker/PageMaker, HTML, and XML.

5. Ability to create templates, presentations, info graphics and documentation best practices.

6. Capacity for collating information from multiple sources/SMEs spread across the globe.

7. Capacity for business analytics and skilful presentation of prepared information for a variety of audiences, including leadership teams.

8. Strong interpersonal skills tempered with the ability to construct convincing business cases/arguments.

9. Demonstrated ability to create documentation from diagrams, specifications, and prototypes.

10. Aptitude for proposing continuous improvement of documentation standards, tools, and processes."

MANDATORY SKILLS:

"1. Working knowledge of the software development/project deployment lifespan.

2. Experience in creating and editing reusable knowledge assets (Wiki/SharePoint Sites).

3. Familiarity with disaster recovery/business continuity concepts.

4. Relevant educational background spanning technical writing. business administration, IT, and professional communication.

5. Experience in planning and organizing business communication.
