TITLE: Exercise/Relationship Manager

Location: Houston,TX

JOB DESCRIPTION:

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

"1. Excellent communication/writing /presentation/comprehension/stakeholder-management skills.

2.  Ability to effectively influence and network with other teams (internal, external, and virtual teams).

3. International experience across a variety of IT-specific operational roles spanning

infrastructure, systems architecture, and application support.

4. Capacity for enabling effective stakeholder engagement and team management across multiple countries/work cultures.

5. Experience in software development and operations support.

6. Demonstrated leadership managing people and ability to elicit cooperation from senior management and other streams within the organization.

7. Expertise with project management tools and/or software packaged.

8.  Proven competence in risk management, performance estimation, and quality/delivery assurance.

9. Strong presentation skills with proficiency in project documentation and business analytics tools.

10. Strong networking skills with a penchant for relationship management. " 

MANDATORY SKILLS:

1. Familiarity with application portfolios specific to the energy sector/oil and gas industry.
2. Experience with ITIL Service and Business Relationship Management streams.
3. Relevant eductaional background spanning business adminsitration or a related field.
4. Experience managing disaster recovery/business continuity for a large organization.
5. PMI/ITIL certification.
