Mandatory Technical Skills	• WCM: Adobe CQ 4.x/5.x, Adobe CQ Digital Asset Management, CRX • Languages: Java, J2EE, JSP, Ajax, JQuery, HTML, XML, JavaScript • Development & Build: Eclipse IDE, Maven • OS: Unix/Linux • Application/Web Servers: Experience in any of the 2 from (Apache Web Server, IIS, WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss). Apache is preferred. • Strong Knowledge in CQ Administration, dispatcher, clustering, scaling, performance tuning
