Skills Required and Job Description:

MOI: Phone + Face 2 Face Required: Strong experience analyzing and documenting business requirements and functional specifications for corporate, consumer facing web sites. Familiarity with and understanding of UX design, usability testing, wireframes, and prototype development and its importance in the SDLC. Excellent skills required in critical thinking and analysis, meeting facilitation, verbal and written communications, and interpersonal interactions. Four or more years of experience in business analyst role. Self-starter that can work with diverse stakeholders and with minimal supervision. Strong organizational skills. Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Project and PowerPoint skills appropriate for business analysis documentation.   Desired Healthcare Industry Experience Bachelor's Degree in MIS or related field Business Analyst Certification (IIBA) Content Management System project experience PMI/PMBOK style project management experience
