Title: EMC Administrator  - Level 2.

Level of support: L2.

Location: Cary, NC( first priority) or Mooresville, NC.

 

Job Description:

* Level 2 Support in EMC Storage technology such as VMAX, DMX

* Storage provisioning, troubleshoot issues and resolution

* Handle Remedy Tickets for Storage

* Coordinate with datacenter engineers, user groups and complete assigned activities within SLA time.

* Will be required to understand and support the CommVault backup tool

* Knowledge on other storage technologies like CLARiiON, VMWare, Celera, etc will be helpful
