• 5-7 years of experience in SQL Server 2008 and  VB 6
• Working knowledge of Oracle 10g or above
• Strong in writing  complex SQL queries  and  PL/SQL Blocks
• Prior experience as onsite coordinator is a must. Strong onsite and offshore coordination skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent customer interfacing skill
• Experience in ITIL processes like change management, problem management
• Prior experience in production support project is must
• Should have good communication skills
