Skills Required and Job Description:

MOI:Telephonic Only Description:   - Needs someone with strong overall HCM background, and strong project management skills with track record and ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.  - 2015 Go Live to include Performance Management and Compensation Management.   That work stream is running at the same time as another workstream implementing e-Recruit, MSS, ESS and e-learning.  - Drive the work in all of HCM  - Won't work hands on at all, but needs to have that ability so they can ensure that all configuration will flow correctly and integration between the different HCM modules are correct.  - Be able to assist where leads are stuck, make suggestions, and know when best practices are not being followed  From a Project/Program Management perspective:  - Create project plan  - Handle reporting  - Drive team members  - Identify and mitigate risks  Doesn't require a PMP, but that would be a plus.
