Skills Required and Job Description:

MOI:- Telephonic Hire Only Skills Required: The candidate chosen for this role will be working on an ASP.Net web application, so it is important they have RECENT experience with ASP.Net • Strong background in web & object-oriented programming experience with ASP.Net / C# • Expert knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, XSL, XSLT) • Experience implementing an enterprise content management system, (SDL Tridion preferred) • Background with object-oriented JavaScript techniques • Experience with JavaScript libraries (jQuery, YUI, Prototype, etc.) • Experience building Web services & AJAX enabled applications • Expert with W3C standards & browser compatibility best practices • Experience with database stored procedures, triggers, and views • Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques • Experience working with a graphics program such as Photoshop CS3/CS4 • Ability to comprehend and implement detailed project specifications as well as the ability to adapt to various technologies and simultaneously work on multiple projects • Working knowledge of design patterns and UML • Strong problem solving skills required • Excellent proactive communications and planning skills • Able to self-manage and required to lead certain projects • Experience with B2C, high traffic websites, focusing on ecommerce • Experience with different software engineering methodologies (AGILE, XP, Waterfall) • Presentable portfolio of development work, online desired
