 Mandatory: 

Business Analysis, Finance domain, QlikView (other BI tool), MS Excel

Job Description :

• Consistently demonstrated ability to perform business analysis and gap analysis
• 5+ Years of relevant industry experience.
• Financial domain background
• BI tools (QlikView) knowledge to compare tool capability versus client requirement
•  Sound Engineering systems concepts and principles
•  Technical computer knowledge
•  Technical writing
•  Ability to convert business requirements in software development requirements and advise on the right software or existing tool
• Microsoft Excel knowledge.

 

Communication

•  Ability to formulate concepts
•  Communication of technical information to a non-technical audience
•  Communication of business information to a technical audience
•  Negotiation Skills

 

Roles/Responsibilities

• Understand what the business does and how it does it
•  Works with client personnel to identify required changes.
•  Determine how to improve existing business process
•  Prioritize requirements/needs and suggest appropriate tools
• Create functional requirements and find gap analysis with tools available in the market
•  Co-ordinate testing efforts with QA
•  Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.
• Communicates needed changes to development team
