Key Objectives/Deliverables
Understand and apply corporate policies and procedures to the development and community management teams' projects.
Perform and document assessments of the development and community management teams' projects for appropriate risk mitigation and compliance to corporate policies and procedures.
Apply and document the COI QMS processes to the development and community management teams' projects.
Understand and apply corporate policies and procedures to the development and community management teams' projects.

Requirements
The ideal candidate must be highly flexible in approach, appreciate a unique brand of corporate culture and start-up energy, and possess a keen eye for details.
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in software quality assurance or computer system validation.
Experience in a software development lifecycle from project initiation through retirement.
Understanding and experience of both GxP and non-GxP computer system validation.
Understanding and experience in right-sizing computer system validation, including risk assessment, privacy assessment, test planning, and test execution.
Excellent writing skills, including ability to work with business customers to interpret business needs and intent into relevant quality documentation.
Excellent general organizational skills with ability to support multiple teams simultaneously.
Experience in wiki-based environments including content authoring and organization.
Experience with agile development methodology (Kanban or Scrum) and implications on IT systems testing, including test-driven development and iterative development and release management a strong preference.
Experience in open source software development including collaborative code management systems such as GitHub a strong preference.
Knowledge of clinical development areas a strong preference.
Strong customer interaction skills and team player.
