Skills Required and Job Description:

MOI:- Telephonic + Skype Project Description: Developing a custom Patient Portal so they can attest to Meaningful Use Stage 2. This Patient Portal app will be an Interim app until they transition to a permanent, 3rd party solution. Blend of front-end, middle, and back-end work. C#, .NET, SQL. Must be a collaborator and thrive in a team environment. Consultant's Day to day responsibilities: · Contributes across the application life cycle, including design, build, deploy, test and release. · Codes, debugs, unit tests and maintains the application to meet documented requirements. · Translates functional requirements to technical requirements/design specifications. · Generates technical documentation Required Skills: This candidate will be focused on the middle tier and back end of the patient portal. Candidate must have experience with SQL Server with a strong programming background along with knowing how to layout tables and ideally having some design experience Candidates should also have experience with Multi-Threaded applications and WCF · 5+ years of experience as a .Net Developer · Strong skills in C#, ASP.NET, ASP, MVC JavaScript, Web Forms, VB Scripting · Experience with .Net 4.0+ Framework and Visual Studio 2010+ · Experience with SQL
