Mandatory Skills: 5-6 years of hands on experience with Salesforce.com with a detailed understanding of Salesforce operation and configuration 
 
Job Responsibilities:
1.       Leadership of team of developers in configuration and customization of SFDC
2.       Provide solid design solutions using SFDC configuration and customization techniques
3.       Manage Salesforce configuration changes
4.       Effective English communication with both technical and non-technical team members and stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:
1.       At least 8-9 years of IT experience with minimum 5-6 years of hands on experience with Salesforce.com with a detailed understanding of Salesforce operation and configuration
2.       Hands-on expertise in Salesforce.com data structure and declarative ways of configuring Salesforce
3.       Experienced with Salesforce data loading tools
4.       Experienced in Apex programming, JavaScript, Visual Force components
5.       Hands-on experience with deployment tools, data management tools, metadata management tools
6.       In-depth experience working in SFDC Sales Cloud and integrations
7.       Hands-on experience managing Salesforce configuration changes
8.       Fluent in Salesforce report and dashboard, both maintenance and creation
9.       Hands-on experience leading team of developers

Preferred Qualifications:
1.       Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
2.       Ability to take ownership of projects and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
3.       Knowledge of Sales Cloud, integration via web service
4.       Apex data loader preferred
