Mandatory Skills:
1.       Tableau Developer should have 3-7 yrs. of Tableau Development Experience
2.       Demonstrated ability to produce Executive Level Tableau Dashboard visualization for Senior Management
3.       Tableau SME with strong expertise in Tableau visualization / Reporting on complex projects.
4.       Work closely with Business Product Leads to solicit visualization requirements, recommend changes, create prototypes, demo prototypes, and provide thought leadership for Advance Tableau capabilities and frameworks

Requisition Details:
5.       Resource needs to be able to lead business data discoveries
6.       Resource must have the ability to lead the business in discovering value in the data using Tableau
7.       Educate the business on the power of Tableau in exploring the data
8.       Help develop and capture KPI's in the business by exploring the data
9.       Excellent communication skills.
10.   Can guide teams on best practices and standards of using Tableau
11.   Create highly visual analytical dashboards using Tableau
12.   Needs the ability to lead Tableau Dashboard design efforts
13.   Tableau Developer should have 3-7 yrs. of Tableau Development Experience
