3.       5+ development hands on experience in Java j2ee
4.       Manage and oversee a team and coordinate development projects
5.       Excellent communication skills
6.       Identity and Access Management experience is most desired
 
Desired skill: Java, J2EE, Identity & Access Management (Sun Identity Manager, Oracle Identity Manager)
 
Job Role:
1.       Play a role of Security Architect and drive the initiative from company perspective
2.       Co-ordinate the development effort from Offshore
3.       Architecture Design and Propose various solution options to the customer for a problem statement.
4.       Capacity planning
