Mandatory Skills:
1.       7+ years of product engineering experience

2.       System validation expertise with exposure to product testing

3.       Systems Integration Rig set up and debugging skills
4.       Hardware circuit/system debugging skills
5.       Perform the role of Technical Lead and build the KT for offshore team.
6.       Good communication skills with front ending customer
 
Preferred Skills:
1.       Building Automation products knowledge
2.       UL 864 certification tests exposure
 
Responsibilities:
1.       Understand the functional, non-functional requirements of building automation products
2.       Develop test strategies, test cases
3.       Perform functional, compliance testing
4.       closely work with certification agencies to prove the products to the compliance.
5.       Coordinate, Mentor, build and guide offshore team
