Rate: 85 $/Hour

Visa Status: GC / USC / TN / E3 / GC-EAD / L2-EAD / H1B / H4-EAD / OPT-EAD
 
Mandatory Skills: Strong BFSI domain experience with background in Mortgage Services is mandatory
 
Required Skillset:
1.       Solution/Integration architecture who works with enterprise architects, and assist with solution architecture and design of multiple projects
a.       Solution Architect with the following experience:
i.      Must know all aspects of solution function/data placement, end to end design & integration oversight
ii.      Strong security/infrastructure, & deployment exposure
iii.      JEE Application Architecture Experience and\or .Net
iv.      Understanding of ESB (IBM), BPM (IBM), and IBM MQ
v.      Call Center Telephony Experience
vi.      Previous Development experience
vii.      DevOps Experience (Jenkins, Git, etc.)
b.      Multi-vendor integration design including infrastructure experience
c.       Service-Oriented Architecture
2.       Technical facilitator bringing various technology groups and vendors for solution design and execution to meet project timeline but keeping strategic focus
a.       MUST be able to document solution proposals (e.g. sequence diagrams, conceptual diagrams) to get agreement from Security, Infrastructure, Enterprise Architecture, etc.
b.      Resolve issues as they arise.
3.       Produce project level and program level technical documentations (solution options, solution architecture, high-level end-to-end design flow) collaborating with other technical leads
4.       Ability to learn/internalize existing information to assist several projects effectively and immediately
5.       Strong written / verbal communication skills and comfortable interacting with developers all the way up to the "C" level

Addition Info:
1.       Commercial Lending Experience  (nice to have)
2.       Local candidate is preferred.
3.       Mergers and Acquisition experience preferred.

Typical Day-to-Day Activities:
1.       Coordinate cross-team communication and facilitate reviewing of technical issues for the technical governance forums. Lead socialization of the technical decisions with the project team.
2.       Facilitate and lead resolution of all technical issues on the project/program by establishing strong working relationships with the business, operations and other technology team members
3.       Identify and communicate risks (business, application, technical) associated with component or application implementation.
4.       Evaluate multiple solution design options, working with a multi-disciplined team to design integrated solution architecture across application areas and helping the project adhere to Enterprise standards.
