Job Title	:	Pega UI Designer
Relevant Experience (Yrs)	:	7+ years
Technical/Functional Skills	:	Bachelors or above degree in Human Factors, HCI, Design or related discipline.  Those with comparable work experience considered. 5+ years of user experience, user interface, usability design experience with desktop or web applications (combination of corporate, software, web, agency experience) Proficiency in user design software such as Balsamiq, Photoshop, PegaPRPC.
Experience Required	:	8+ years
Roles & Responsibilities	:	§ Is comfortable with conducting user research, design and validation testing ·         Direct responsibility for creating the user experience and interface designs for key customer services screens and work-flow, within the bounds of Pega PRPC. ·         Passionate advocate for the end users, Customer Care Professionals and our Customers. ·         Translate diverse and sometimes conflicting requirements into a workable, highly intuitive and technically feasible solution. ·         Use branding standards, usability standards, best practices and other guidelines to design the user interface. ·         Be innovative, solve problems, take risks and challenge the status quo in every design decision / discussion. ·         Create channel consistency between the digital and voice channels, supporting the organizations goal to converge channels over time. ·         Work very closely with the end users, Customer Care Professionals, while accounting for the requirements from other stakeholders, such as compliance and technologies. ·         Develop personas, work-flows, wireframes, scenarios, and if necessary templates and prototypes as required. ·         Work closely with the developers in the team to ensure the solution meets the design brief and compromises are only made consciously and with thoughtful consideration. ·         Conduct user research and validation testing to evaluate design and implement changes based on results and feedback.
