Job Description:
This position is for a Senior .Net developer who will be responsible in managing and developing .NET based web application interacting to Oracle 11g Database.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Candidate should be able to
• Act as lead developer for design and development of web based applications for self-service billing functions;
• Manage self-service billing initiatives with business clients and offshore team;
• Drive monthly releases
• Manage production issues for self-service billing functions
• Manage testing of non-prod server issues;
• Plan, develop, and implement applications and/or systems in support of general business operations.
• Develop and application software per requirements and design
• Implement code fixes and ensure applied fixes resolves reported bugs
• Create deployment documentation for completed application changes for test or production platforms as required
• Support System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing and post production testing, ability to investigate and resolve bugs reported against software changes
• Have ability to trace and identify software issues and provide the coding effort to fix the software issue reported in the Bug Process
Required Skills
• Programming - C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Web Services, XML/XSL,
• Microsoft Technologies - Asp.Net, Ado.Net, Web Services, SOAP, Ajax, Web-Forms, Web Parts, Win-Forms.
• IDE Tools - Visual Studio 2005/2008
• Database - Sql Server 2000/2005 – Tampa
• Database – Oracle 10
• Internet - XML, PL/SQL, XSLT, Java Script, HTML, XMLSpy 3.5 Tools/Technologies
• Operating Systems - MS Server 2003
• Source Code Control - MS TFS
• Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Viso and Project
Education and Years of Experience
B.S degree,
Senior Core .NET Develop with 5+ years ASP.NET, C#, Microsoft SQL DB Interface, XML/XSL, AJAX and .NET Framework experience 5+ years.
