Role: Business analyst- Campaign Management

 

 

•                   Providing functional support for the Marketing and Campaign Management team

•                   Partnering with the user community to identify their business requirements, produce functional specifications and design documents, and assist with the implementation of those specifications

•                   Analyzing existing business processes, identifying areas for process improvement, and guiding the business in the establishment of effective and efficient business practices

•                   Guiding business teams in defining, quantifying, and measuring Return on Investment (ROI) for their project initiatives.

•                   Developing, documenting and performing system, integration, and user acceptance tests

•                   Providing functional and technical support to business and IT customers, for existing and future IT data warehouse and business intelligence systems

•                   Maintaining leading edge knowledge of industry and technology trends, to effectively assess and recommend options to the business and IT customers

Participating in IT projects, including cross-functional projects serving as the data warehouse business analyst
