JOB DESCRIPTION:
Strong Project Management Skills
Test Management (5 years) i.e. 2-3 projects as test manager
Familiarity with Testing Automation
Familiarity with Automation Framework
Expertise in Testing Tools
Total Test Management Experience > 8 years
Communication and Written Skills
Knowledge of Oracle EBS and underlying processes
Co-ordination with offshore
Knowledge of Oracle EBS Change Management Process
Familiarity with KPIs and SLAs to be able to drive improvements
Prepare a short term (monthly) and long term plans (quarterly, half yearly and yearly) in conjunction with QACC management / coordinator
Plan the development of new test ascripts and maintenance of existing test assets
Plan the regression test execution
Defect Management of defects identified by the offshore team
Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
Prepare weekly Defects and Status report and provide recommendation on the quality of changes and testing
Escalate risks and issues to QACC management periodically in status reports and on need basis
Define and implement test processes
Coordinate testing activities with testers, test leads
Identify areas of improvement and implement corrective and preventive measure in the areas identified during the assessment
Provide extensive measures and metrics – on Quality, Effort and Schedule
Review scripts to ensure compliance to standards
Maintain knowledge transition plan
