Skills Required and Job Description:

Interview process - Phone then Face to face Required: Senior .NET C# development (all versions up to and including .NET 4.0) with 8 or more years' experience. Excellent command of development concepts and technology. Self-starter that can learn business processes and new applications quickly and work with minimal supervision in a team environment. Excellent skills in critical thinking and analysis, problem solving, verbal and written communications, and interpersonal interactions  (e.g., partnering, working toward common goals, conflict management, consulting, etc.). Excellent organizational skills. Excellent Microsoft Visual Studio 2008/2010 Team System, SQL 2008 experience Word, Excel, and Visio, appropriate for Developer documentation On-site, in person candidate interview required before selection. Desired: Healthcare Industry experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field JavaScript, jQuery, XML, SSIS, web services experience Business Analyst experience PMI/PMBOK style project management exposure is desirable. Agile and scrum experience. Responsibilities:   Will work on specific projects which could include the Individual Online Application for Insurance web site. Will make modifications to the applications including objects, forms, database scripts, and web services. Develop changes, test changes, coordinate promotion to QA for user testing and support promotion to production. Will communicate with current team on requirements, status and issues. Project Details:   Current technology is: .NET 3+, C#, SQL 2008, Visual Studio 2010 Professional, Harvest, JavaScript, jQuery, XML, SSIS, web services, Sitecore, MS Office, Visio, MS Project. Projects will use company's Project Methodology, standards and document templates.
