Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Primary Skills

Strong knowledge in SQL Server 2005/2008 Administration Should have managed Windows 2003/2008 in a medium-to-large scale production environment. Good knowledge on IIS Administration. Strong troubleshooting knowledge on Event Logs, PerfMon, Backup Jobs, Load Balancing/Clustering, Replication/Mirroring issues. Strong analysis skills for troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues. Good understanding of Incident, Problem and Change Management (ITIL) Excellent Customer handling skills Excellent listening skills & ability to communicate clearly and fluently in English. Self-starter with experience working on Operations projects with limited direction. The ability to quickly learn new technologies and concepts.
