-          Must have Programming Experience with

o    C#

o    .NET

o    .NET programming constructs like (Reflection, CLR, Async methods, Collections, etc as mentioned in the below table)

o    SQL Server

-          Ability to write design documents

-          Quick learner & Good communication skills.

-          Able to handle customer and uncertain requirements
