Business Analyst Need GC and Citizens for F2F Interview
Location : Reston, VA
Duration : 6-12 Months
Provides data extraction and analysis service to project managers, responds to urgent ad-hoc requests, conducts data analysis, and assessment of information to support business needs
Specializes in working as Data Analyst for testing the data accuracy and migrating data between data sources
Extract data from disparate data sources, including databases, flat files in several formats
Documents existing business processes and researches databases to find alternate data sources in order to support new enhancement requests
Be able to use SQL, PL/SQL, and Advanced Excel skills for Data Analysis
Dynamically creates reports by extracting data from various sources
Extensive knowledge and experience in using MS Office Suite applications (preferred power excel user skills)
Be able to develop PERL, and Unix Shell scripts to automate reports, if needed.
Experience in SharePoint to manage documentation and version control
Preferred prior experience in financial industry
