REQ: JAVA Front End Engineer in Sunnyvale, CA
DURATION: 6 months – 1 year
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• 6+ years of industry experience
• Must have strong knowledge of JavaScript and Object Oriented Programming in JavaScript
• CSS and DHTML Proficiency required
• Cross browser development experience required
• Knowledge and experience with HTML5, CSS3, and emerging presentation technologies highly desired
• Experience with YUI highly desired & LEGO (these are internal Yahoo! tools)
• Experience developing for mobile web sites and dealing with cross device development for smart phones and tablets (android, ios) highly desired
• Unix administration and development experience highly desired
• Subversion experience highly desired
• Computer Science degree or equivalent work experience required
