MOI: Telephonic Only • works under the direction of the vendors' lead/senior developer, if remote • works closely with the functional and technical leads to understand requirements • participate in end user functional specifications • design and create technical specification creation. • develop high quality fricew solutions that meet overall business requirements as agreed to by functional specifications. • develop unit test plan and data, and perform unit/program testing. • develop documentation and transferring knowledge to in-house staff they must have a proven track record in IS-U (Very heavy utilities focus)
