Title: People Soft HCM Functional Lead

Location: NYC NY

Duration: 6 Months

 

Responsibilities:

·         meet with the Business Team to gather requirements for new interface to downstream vendors to support Business Resiliency efforts at Client.

·         work independently to document requirements and  confirm same with Business

·         create a solution/approach for meeting the Business Requirements

·         design the solution and work with the off-shore (India) Development team to build the custom objects

·         QA objects from Development

·         fully test (SYSTEM, UAT, PERFORMANCE) the new objects with the vendor as well as Client’s Business Teams

·         Operations to have the new processes deployed into production schedules

 

Requires skills below:

·         MUST be a very good Functional Lead with experience gathering requirements/understanding business needs.

·         Able to work independently and be a self-starter

·         Knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM (version 9.1 or higher)

·         Hands-on experience with every phase of SDLC

·         Able to communicate effectively (in English) with client teams

·         Development experience to facilitate QA tasks

·         Hands-on experience with all aspects of testing (including planning, tracking, managing, executing, test plan preparation, test case prep)

·         Great communication skills.
