Job Description

Senior Avaya Developer responsible for development and support of the Avaya System.

Experience in Portal IVR used in Europe to support 11 countries. Resource will help migrate the IVR from IR 4.0 to AAEP in conjunction with a team from Avaya.

 

Details of Position:

Skills needed are: Strong knowledge of the Avaya IVR platform and minimum of 3 years development experience with VXML/CCXML languages as well as experience in developing grammars for the Nuance speech platform. Knowledge of Java a plus.
