Location:  McLean, VA. OR Hendon, VA
Duration:  12+months
 
THE ONLY MUST HAVE- Taleo module development for onboard or recruiting modules. OR Learn.com development (which is a piece of Taleo)

 

Taleo Developer
Conduct systems analysis and programming activities related to the development, maintenance, and installation of computer programs to support internal business operations. Apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts to job assignments and contribute to the development of new ideas and principles. Solve uniquely complex problems and work under consultative direction. Speak for the organization to internal and external customers and work on long-range programs and objectives. Provide advice to the organization in area of expertise. Play a role in overall functional strategic planning.

 

Basic Qualifications:
Experience with Taleo connect client (TCC) version 12A or higher
Experience with a Taleo client installation
Experience with TCC programming and scripting, including development, configuration, and testing for exporting and importing of data
Knowledge of Taleo smart org concepts and basic Taleo configuration
BA or BS degree

 

Additional Qualifications:
Experience with real time data processing
Experience with setting up pre- and post-processes using Java or XML within the TCC tool
Experience with setting up batch feed
Experience with the business processes in Taleo modules and Taleo implementations
Experience with PeopleSoft HCM and Taleo integration
Experience with configuring Taleo to client requirements, document application set up, and business rules
Experience with defining requirements for reports, interfaces, and data conversion, when applicable
Experience with supporting the definition of test scenarios and test scripts and execution of test scripts
Experience with technical documentation
Knowledge of Java or XML scripting
Knowledge of Web services
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
