Skills Required and Job Description:

MOI:- Telephonic + Skype Project Description: This is a project that includes the design, development and implementation of a industry standard package for a comprehensive Real Estate and SD&C Document Management solution. The Real Estate system is used to manage strategic and transactional real estate information and processes. It houses the core source data and information for our lease plans, capital and non-capital deals, centers, stores, competitors, co-tenancy, and leases. Position Description: Role is for a SAP FI/CO Senior Functional Analyst/Generalist. This resource will design FI/CO processes in support of Real Estate business processes. This includes most components of blueprinting; the creation of to-be process flows, SAP configuration, prototype data set-up and functional specifications. This resource will most likely transition to the Implementation project after Design is complete. Application / Modules: • SAP ECC 6.0 • IS-Retail Industry Solution (preferred) • SAP implementation experience with FI modules, including: • G/L • CO • A/P • Banking • Fixed Assets • MM integration • SAP LSMW (preferred) Responsibilities: • Design and document to-be G/L, A/P, Banking, Fixed Asset or MM integration processes • Perform SAP FI/CO configuration • Configure prototypes where appropriate • Write functional specifications • Participate in project meetings as appropriate
