Skills Required and Job Description:
| MOI:- Telephonic + Skype Client is seeking to fill a senior-level C# software engineering position on our Quality Assurance Team, specializing in C#, Microsoft development and back-end SQL technologies. Strong understanding and use of object-oriented development, object-oriented design patterns, C#.NET, ASP.NET, WCF, .NET 2.0/3.5/4.0, unit/functional testing, and superior debugging capabilities in a complex QA environment are required. This position will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of automated testing code, platform, and tools for Client Quality Assurance Department. Overall position requirements: • Minimum of a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or other science and/or engineering-related degrees. • Progressive and stable job history with minimum of 7 years of professional experience. • Good communicator, good verbal and written skills • Able to juggle multiple simultaneous software development projects • Must have taken C# BrainBench (or similar) and attained a strong rating/score (90%+) • Be able to design, code and test complex software solutions as needed by QA management. • Performs technical root cause analysis and outlines corrective action for given problems. • Able to create automated test code, maintain automated test platform and administer automated testing tools. • End to End testing of Web applications and supporting the debugging of back end functionality including web services, SQL databases.
Technology requirements:
• ASP.NET using C# • ASP.Net Web Services, WCF Experience • .NET 4.0/4.5 • SQL Server • JavaScript • Visual Studio 2010/2012 IDE, expert debugging capabilities. • Experience with C# Coded UI Testing, Visual Studio Test Manager integration preferred • Experience with unit, functional, regression and performance testing • Experience with design patterns, data structures, OOP, abstraction, inheritance, etc. • Demonstrates mastery of relevant software engineering tools (TFS, debuggers, emulators, simulators and Logic analyzers)
Organizational Dynamics:
• Respond openly to ideas and suggestions of others and actively pursue the win/win solution • Work in a team environment • Strong business and analytical skills • Ensure work assignments are clearly understood and completed by the deliverable date • Audit the existing SQA policies and practices and recommend improvements to the SQA team. • Attend project meetings as project representative for SQA team on various projects. • Submit daily status reports of projects to management.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Customer service oriented • Experience as a team member in a multiple-project environment |
