Skills Required and Job Description:

MOI:- Telephonic + Face 2 Face Need Only USC, GC OR EAD GC Responsibilities: Responsible for on-schedule completion of analysis, design, programming, testing, documenting and any other tasks as assigned Keeps management apprised of status on assigned tasks at all times Responsible for writing technical specifications for development tasks Provide accurate time estimates of projects and tasks Perform other duties as assigned Required Skills: Four year college degree in Computer Science or similar fields At least five (5) years of experience with C# development required.  Experience must have an emphasis on design and development versus merely altering existing code. MANDATORY five years of experience with  each of the following: C# / Visual Studio Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) MVVM / MVC design patterns                        SQL Server / T-SQL   SQL Server Reporting Services Database Design Middleware & Webservices Substantial documentation experience.  Proven abilities in decision-making, priority setting and planning Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Candidates MUST be fluent in conversational English. High motivation; works well independently or in a team setting Good Problem Solving skills / methodology
