Skills Required and Job Description:

MOI:- Telephonic Hire Only Client needs a consultant to fufill the following responsiblities: HR (PA, Benefits, Time) and Payroll Production Support Primary point of contact for HR/Payroll in the merger of MF with HBI Support Day-to-Day operational activities and provide guidance and support to business users On-demand activities like Payroll and Tax configuration, TUBS, HR Support Packs, OSS notes, setting up ad-hoc queries, running reports, monitoring interfaces and jobs / data feeds, data conversions, error handling & debugging etc. US and Puerto Rico Payroll activities like weekly reconciliation, monthly and quarterly tax filings, Year-end support (W2, W2C), Payroll Adjustments etc Should be a one-man army as the lone IT resource (wearing the hats of SAP HR Functional, SAP HR Technical, Payroll SME etc)
