Skills Required and Job Description:

MOI:- Telephonic + Face 2 Face Need Only USC, GC under limited supervision, the quality assurance analyst carries out procedures to ensure that all information systems products and services meet minimum company standards and end-user requirements. main accountabilities: thoroughly tests software to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects. documents all problems and work to resolve them; reports progress on problem resolution to management. devises improvements to current procedures and develops models of possible future configurations. performs workflow analysis and recommends quality improvements. collaborate as part of an agile/scrum team   bs/ba degree or equivalent experience required.  two to four years of progressive experience as a qa expertise in manual testing requires sound knowledge of quality assurance methods and procedures, as well as familiarity with the full life cycle development processes.  requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, organizational skills, interpersonal skills and project planning skills.  demonstrated aptitude towards problem identification, resolution and comprehension and interpretation of technical procedures. salesforce cloud functional testing experience database sql experience agile experience selenium automation experience a plus mobile app testing a plus
