| MOI:- Telephonic + Face 2 Face Required Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent skills and experience · 5+ years of systems testing and test plan development experience including use of Quality Center (QC) and QTP · Experienced in .net technology & SQL · Working knowledge of fixed and variable deferred and immediate annuity products, annuity systems and testing methodologies · Strong organization and problem solving skills including the ability to respond to changing needs and shifting priorities · Ability to allocate time efficiently and work on multiple projects concurrently · Excellent written and oral communications skills · Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team · Ability to self-manage and motivate in order to meet deadlines and work under pressure · Some business analysis experience |
