Skills Required and Job Description:

MOI:- Telephonic + Skype Bachelor's degree. 5+ yrs experience in Information Technology. - Expected to participate in all aspects of the programming life cycle on IT projects, including requirements analysis, technical design analysis, programming in Visual Studio.NET and Oracle, unit testing, supporting user   acceptance testing, implementation, and production support. - Authors technical and non-technical project artifacts and task assignment specifications. - Ensures compliance to SDLC processes and procedures. - Ensures adherence to coding best practices. Produces quality deliverables that meet business requirements/technical specifications. - Evaluates risk and courses of action on an ongoing basis and selects the best alternative to attain project goals.   Technical Skills: • Microsoft Visual Studio .NET (frameworks 1.1, 2.0, 3.5, 4.0) • ASP.NET • VB.NET • Oracle (PL/SQL) • SQL Server Express • perform data analysis • effectively employ general coding standards/best practices   General: • analytical skills necessary to identify and determine what program changes are necessary • ability to operate without a set of specific detailed instructions (i.e. work independently) • ability to multitask • demonstrated leadership skills • demonstrated ability to produce sound technical and non-technical documentation • demonstrated resourcefulness • demonstrated ability to learn quickly • demonstrated time management skills and ability to meet deadlines • initiative to solve problems and prevent their re-occurrence • good written and verbal English communication skills
