MOI:- Telephonic + Skype Need Only USC, GC, EAD GC, TN visa The State of Utah Department of Technology Services is seeking a Senior Level .Net Developer/Architect to work with the Department of Workforce Services Unemployment Insurance Tax and Benefits groups, and development teams. These groups and teams are responsible for the development and maintenance of new and existing technical solutions for public facing enterprise Unemployment Insurance Web applications as well as some internal applications for the Department of Workforce Services Unemployment Insurance division. Successful candidate must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment. The selected candidate for this position will be working in an agile team development environment and will be involved in project; planning, system design and architecture, coding and execution, testing, monitoring and controlling, and release and completion.  Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for the position:   Must have at least 12 years of experience planning, designing, developing, and architecting enterprise Web applications. Must have 10 years of experience designing and developing financial system interfaces and ACH/EFT transactions Must have at least 10 years of Web application design and development experience Must have at least 10 years of design and development experience of Web Services' interfaces Must have 10 years of demonstrated experience gathering and documenting business requirements
